Prerequisite: 10 s wall handstand. A straight-arm press to handstand that challenges both mobility and strength.


Muscle up

Combine a high pull-up with a straight-bar dip to pull powerfully over the bar. Suitable for beginners!

Parallel-Bar Rolls

Kip

Requirement: a safe bailing out from handstand on the high parallel bars.

Muscle up

Front lever

Swing 360

An acrobatic move where you jump backward through your hands and land back on your feet. Suitable for beginners, as the skill is practiced in progressions and with assistance.


Frontflip

We'll practice the technique of the forward flip both on the floor and on the trampoline. Suitable for both beginners and those with some flipping experience — except if you can already do a flip on the floor ;-)

Pull up
