Registation and terms of use

You can sign up for groups, trial sessions, workshops and camps through myClub.

Welcome to our warm and motivating community to train!

Terms of Use (updated 22.2.2026):

Membership (monthly)

Membership is valid until further notice, meaning it automatically continues even when moving from one season to another, e.g. from autumn to spring / from spring to summer, etc.

Workshops

Registration is binding. Workshops are one-time 70-minute sessions held on Sundays.

Places are limited (approximately 10 participants per workshop). Once the workshop is full, you may join the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, it will automatically and bindingly be offered to the next person in line on the waiting list.

If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may:

  1. Give your spot to someone else (e.g., a friend or family member)

  2. Mark yourself as "not attending" in the system

  3. Send us a medical certificate showing that you were unable to attend the workshop for health reasons. In this case, we will manually grant you a new workshop.

Calisthenics Lab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to reasons such as illness or insufficient participant numbers. In such cases, participants will either receive a refund of the participation fee or be offered the opportunity to attend a similar workshop at a later date.

Billing and Payments

The billing period is determined based on the start date you provided when registering.

The payment term for invoices is 14 days net. We will send an automatic reminder for overdue invoices. If the invoice is not paid after the first reminder, you will receive a second reminder including a €5 reminder fee. If the invoice remains unpaid after this, it will automatically be transferred to a debt collection agency.

You can also pay your invoice using employee benefit sports vouchers (Edenred, ePassi, and Smartum).

Pausing / Suspending Membership

If you wish to cancel or suspend your membership, please send us a course removal request via MyClub no later than 14 days before your next billing date. After processing your request within a few business days, your membership will be suspended at the end of the current billing period. If the notice is submitted later than 14 days before the next billing period, your membership will end at the end of the following billing month.

When pausing or suspending your membership, all unused make-up sessions will expire and you will lose your spot in the group. Please take this into account if you wish to pause your membership, for example during a holiday — you may not be able to rejoin the same group. However, if you do not suspend your membership during your trip, you may make up missed training sessions later (see Make-up Policy below).

MyClub Customer System

We use the MyClub customer system. In the MyClub app you can:

  • Purchase memberships, courses, camps, and everything else you want to participate in

  • Pay invoices

  • Cancel memberships/courses according to their terms

  • Report absences

  • Register for make-up sessions and additional classes

  • Read current newsletters

  • Send us messages and stay in contact

Make-Up Policy and Reporting Absences

Through MyClub you can notify in advance whether you will attend an upcoming training session or not. If you indicate that you cannot attend, your spot will be released for someone else (a make-up participant, trial participant, or single-visit attendee).

With MyClub, we record attendance at every session. If you accumulate absences, you can use them in the following ways:

a) In classes that have available spots. You can conveniently register for these through MyClub.

b) During open training sessions (2 hours of training time). You can register via MyClub or we can mark your attendance on-site.

Make-up sessions must be used within the same month, and your membership must be valid when using make-up sessions. You may also use make-up sessions in advance if you know you will be absent later in the month. Simply mark yourself absent from the sessions you know you cannot attend, and the system will allow you to book make-up sessions.

Adult Make-Up Classes

You may attend any other class as a make-up session except workshops.

Youth Make-Up Classes

You may attend another youth class, an open training session, or — depending on age and ability to focus — an adult class.

Family Make-Up Classes

You may attend another family class or an open training session. An adult may also attend an adult class alone as a make-up session, or by agreement the child may join — talk with the instructor and we will assess the situation.

Toddler Make-Up Classes

You may book another equivalent toddler class or use your make-up session during a 2-hour open training session together with your toddler.

Your membership must be valid when attending make-up sessions.

Training Session Entitlement

Since not every month has the same number of Mondays, Tuesdays, etc., we have created a more precise system:

If you have:

  • 1x/week membership → 5 training sessions per month

  • 2x/week membership → 9 training sessions per month

  • 3x/week membership → 13 training sessions per month

  • 4x/week membership → 18 training sessions per month

  • All-inclusive membership → Unlimited access to training sessions and workshops

In practice this means:

If you are registered, for example, for a 1x/week Tuesday 5 PM Calisthenics group, but there are only 4 Tuesdays in the month, you may use 1 additional session during that month. Simply choose a class with available spots in MyClub and register for it. You may register for any class except workshops.

If you are an All-Inclusive Member:

If you regularly attend certain weekly classes, we will reserve a regular spot for you in the groups you choose. In addition, you may select occasional classes to attend.

If you attend different weekly classes irregularly, you can see current registration numbers in MyClub. You may reserve spots in advance, but this is not necessary — as an all-inclusive member, you are also entitled to simply show up.

Training Practices

Please bring at least a water bottle, a sweatband/towel if needed, and flexible sportswear. Long hair should be tied up and dangling jewelry removed during training. Shoes are not needed — we train barefoot or in socks.

We may occasionally provide physical assistance during training. Please inform us if you do not wish to receive physical assistance.

Insurance

Participants must have their own accident or leisure-time insurance. Calisthenics Lab Oy does not provide insurance for its members.

Exceptional Schedules

Stay up to date with events and schedule changes (for example, some public holidays affect our opening hours).

We communicate these via:

a) Separate newsletters (via MyClub) and Mailchimp (the latest newsletter is also available on our gym notice board)

b) Our website under Home – News AND on our blog

c) Social media: Instagram and Facebook
