Splits

In this mobility class we devote ourselves entirely to split training—developing your hip flexors, quads, glutes, calves, and the muscles around your pelvis and lower back. Read more here!

P.S. You'll get even more out of the session if you come straight from the agility class beforehand: after all those running-coordination drills, your muscles will be super warm and you'll gain extra depth in your splits!

Upper-Body Mobility

In this mobility class we focus exclusively on improving flexibility through the shoulders, upper back, and chest. If you struggle with poor posture, chronically tight upper body muscles, or want to elevate your handstand alignment to the next level, we recommend attending this class regularly. Read more here!
