Timetable Summer -25

We offer a broad selection of classes and summer camps for both adults and children in the summer 2025!

 NEW IN THE SUMMER 2025:

  • Weekend intensive training camps from Friday to Sunday! Each camp dives deep into a specific topic over the course of a full weekend (Fri–Sun). The themes change weekly and include, for example, handstands, street workout freestyle, acrobatics, and partner acrobatics! The camps include 5 longer training sessions that explore the theme from multiple perspectives, such as technique, strength, mobility, and body maintenance. In addition, you'll attend 2 lectures, which cover the topic in depth through demonstrations and presentations. Camp price: €150 per weekend! Read more about intensive training camps below!

  • Kids' summer camps on weeks 23 (2-6.6.25) and 24 (9-13.6.25) Our summer camps are designed for children and youth (6–14 years) who need engaging daytime activities during the summer break. Camp days start at 8–9 AM and finish at 4–5 PM. They include Calisthenics training, outdoor play, games, and some relaxed, creative time as well. On sunny days we'll also do a day trip to Oittaa beach! Each camp is limited to 20 participants, so make sure to book early! Price: €250 / week, including lunch and a snack.   • Agility classes (outdoors)! Agility is a fun and energetic class that combines various running and coordination drills with aerobic conditioning! In these sessions, we'll work on running technique while giving your brain a proper challenge too ;-) … right foot, left foot, jump, left foot, jump… wait, what? Come train with us and improve your rhythm, leg strength, explosiveness, and speed! The class takes place outdoors and we'll start with a light 5–10 minute jog from Calisthenics Lab. Right after, there's a mobility class on the schedule – perfect for stretching out those warm muscles!

  • Splits Class This mobility class focuses solely on training for the splits – meaning we'll target the hip flexors, quads, glutes, calves, and the pelvic and lower back areas. Even if the splits still feel like a distant dream, you can absolutely start the journey and join this class! P.S. You'll get even more out of the session if you come to the Agility class right before – after all those running coordination drills, your muscles will be super warm and ready to stretch deeper!

  • Upper Body Mobility Class This mobility class is all about improving upper body flexibility. If you struggle with poor posture, constantly tight shoulders and upper back, or want to take your handstand alignment to the next level, we highly recommend joining this class regularly!

Participants will be divided into groups based on their skill level: beginner and intermediate/advanced! 

Kids' Summer Camps for 6-14-Year-Olds

Camp dates:

The camp includes guided Calisthenics training, group games and playful activities, outdoor time at Oittaa beach and recreational area, as well as lunch and an afternoon snack.

Price: 250€ / week

Camp Schedule:

  • 8–9 AM: Arrival at Calisthenics Lab

  • 9–10 AM: Camp day kick-off with fun group activities

  • 10 AM: Fruit, juice, or similar snacks available

  • 10:15 AM–12 PM: (Mon–Wed) Outdoor activities / (Thu–Fri) Calisthenics training

  • 12 PM: Lunch followed by calm, relaxing activities

  • 2 PM: Afternoon snack

  • 2:30–4 PM: (Mon–Wed) Calisthenics training / (Thu–Fri) Outdoor activities
